Jamaican Jerk Burger with Lime & Ginger Slaw

Succulent pea protein burger packed with sweet potato, chopped spring onions, lime juice, lime zest and a tasty blend of authentic herbs and spices. Served with a zingy lime and ginger slaw.

Ingredients
- Jamaican jerk burger – 10
- Floured burger buns – 10
- Spinach – 100g
- Red cabbage – 100g
- White cabbage – 100g
- Red onion – 1
- Lime – 2
- Ginger 20g
- Honey – 2 tbs
Method
- Cook the burgers as per the manufacturer’s instructions
- Wash the spinach and set aside
- Finely slice the cabbage and onion then grate the ginger and all to the bowl
- Wash and grate the zest off the limes and squeeze the juice into the bowl
- Add the honey and mix well
- Build the burger with the spinach and top generously with slaw
