Jamaican Jerk Burger with Lime & Ginger Slaw

Succulent pea protein burger packed with sweet potato, chopped spring onions, lime juice, lime zest and a tasty blend of authentic herbs and spices. Served with a zingy lime and ginger slaw.

  • Jamaican jerk burger – 10
  • Floured burger buns – 10
  • Spinach – 100g
  • Red cabbage – 100g
  • White cabbage – 100g
  • Red onion – 1
  • Lime – 2
  • Ginger 20g
  • Honey – 2 tbs


  1. Cook the burgers as per the manufacturer’s instructions
  2. Wash the spinach and set aside
  3. Finely slice the cabbage and onion then grate the ginger and all to the bowl
  4. Wash and grate the zest off the limes and squeeze the juice into the bowl
  5. Add the honey and mix well
  6. Build the burger with the spinach and top generously with slaw
