Vegan Burger

A meat free burger made with textured pea protein and oyster mushrooms.

Serves: 10
Ingredients
- Plant burger – 10
- Sourdough buns – 10
- Mixed salad leaves – 100gm
- Tomatoes – 5
- Gherkins – 5
- Vegan mayonnaise – 50ml
- Lemon juice – 1
- Tomato sauce – 50ml
Method
- Cook the burgers as per manufacturer’s instructions
- Wash the salad leaves and tomatoes
- Slice the gherkins and tomatoes
- Mix together the mayonnaise, tomato sauce and lemon juice
- Spread some burger sauce on half of each bun and build up the salad, tomatoes and sliced gherkin
- Place a burger in each bun and serve
Add a slice of vegan cheese to make it a cheese burger!
